Job Position: Associate Director Relationship Management

Job Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong long term key client relationships with the set of clients already in existence in order to extract maximum business by engaging in a professional and timely manner
• In depth knowledge of clients wealth and family circumstances being a source of informal advice for trust related parties and advisers to the most complex issues adhering to professionalism and time management
• To troubleshoot, identify and rectify problems at a nearly stage
• To identify the needs of the clients and co-ordinate with the various departments to live up to the expectations of the clients in terms of client satisfaction and thereby, enabling smooth functioning
• To in-built confidence and trust in the clients
• Maximize client retention
• Responsible for increasing revenue and increase in flows of net new money, achieving growth by leveraging brand and its network

Experience

• Years of Experience : 8 to 10 years / 10 years plus
• Nature of Experience : Relevant to Relationship Management
• Levels of Experience : Mid to Senior Level in the Company
• Industry of Experience: Banking background of Relationship Management /Mutual Funds/Investment Banking/Private Equity/Consulting/Asset Management/ Broking or from other Wealth Management Platforms
• Experience of Team Management : Desirable but Not Necessary
