Requirement :
10-15 yrs of experience with and Architectural consultancy firm in which at least 10 yrs. in mixed use or commercial projects Leading minimum 8 people in last organisation.

Work experience in Mixed use / Commercial large scale project .

Should have completed at least two project of min 6,00,000 sft from start to execution.

Skills:

AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office, Revit, Photoshop, Work experience in Mixed use / Commercial large scale project.

They have commercial projects likE malls. So they want candidates only from commercial and architectural background (Not from Real Estate Developers ) with high end commercial project exp and drawing portfolio (Must). No Gender preference, can consider anyone with BE Architect and must have atleast 2-3 yrs of stability in one company. It's a 5 days working but can be extend to Saturday (in rare situation)
