Designation:- BDT (Business Development Trainee) -> BDA (Business Development Associate)
CTC:- 10 LPA [5+2 lac= 7 (fixed) + 2 lac (incentive)]+ 1 lac (Bonus)
Location:- Pan India
Week off:- Monday & Tuesday
Work time:- 10 am to 7 pm (extend working hours)
Job description:-
- B2C sales
- Counselling students
- Helping students and parents to understand the online learning
- Cold calling and explaining about the online learning product then fix face to face appointments.
- Giving Product demos & going for home demos.
- Achieving weekly/monthly sales target
- Keeping a strong follow up and solving their doubts
Job Specification:-
- Decent English communication
- Goode regional language
- Good grasping and openness to learn
- A candidate should have their own laptop and android phone
Roles and Responsibilities
-Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions -Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions -Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods -Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy subscriptions as a solution.
Gender:- Male Only
Required Experience:- Fresher OR 7 months OR 1-2 year sales experience

R1: HR (Telephonic)
R2: HR (Video)
Training module:-
45 days training (CRT: 2 weeks & OJT: 4 weeks)
Stipend:- 25k per month (during training & after clearing the training his/her salary will be 9 LPA)
