We are currently hiring Graduates in Voice and Non-Voice process for different departments in Pune.

Job Description

Service Delivery Executive (Voice and Non-Voice process)

-Responsible for the process assigned under Background verification and verification of the
applications received for which should be as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and within TAT (Turn Around Time).
-Responsible for Timely Escalation of anomalies so that action is taken 
-Ensuring Data security compliance of the team 
-Adhering to Company and client Policies, Rules and Regulations 
-Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards etc. on Process 
-Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules 

Eligibility Criteria : 

• Graduates (BBA,Bcom,BCA,etc) with year of passing 2020 & 2021 for SDE role.
• 60% or above marks mandatory across educational qualifications.
• No active backlogs. 
• Excellent English verbal & written skills. 
• Flexible for any shifts .

Ready to join immediately at our Pune office (Hinjewadi) in a work from office mode .
