Roles and Responsibilities

Install, Configure & Maintain Operating Systems Windows,

Installation of various Application software Office; Adobe; etc.

Installation of Network Printers

Should have excellent troubleshooting skills for Desktops, Laptops, and Printers (basic)

Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues (Wired as well as Wireless)

Minor hardware repair work on Laptops RAM upgradation, HDD replacement, Keyboard replacement

Responding to general IT requests of users

Ensuring security software is up to date

Understanding of Wi-Fi & switches

Desired Candidate Profile

BE IT/Computer Science/BCA with min 0-3 years experience in relevant field
