We have an excellent opportunity with one of our leading Banking client in mumbai
Support Analyst
Exp : 3 to 5 Years
Location: mumbai
CTC : 11 LPA
Direct Responsibilities
- Day to Day activities include
o Analyzing the requests that are sent by users to check integrity of the table updates.
o Coordinating with User to understand the requirement.
o Coordination with various production teams.
o Unix Operating System.
o Loading the changes in various test and pre-production environments.
o Executing existing Unix job sets and analyzing in case of any issues/errors.
o Automating tasks using excel macro
Contributing Responsibilities
o Ready to work in shifts.
Technical &Behavioral Competencies
o Executing existing Unix job sets and analyzing in case of any issues/errors
o RDBMS basic knowledge
o Having basic sql knowledge for performing CRUD operation
o Having basic excel knowledge
o Good to have macro knowledge
