We are hiring for Payment Posting and Charge Entry
Involved in recording payment details as received from the insurance company and the patient.
- Performing posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion. Working on claims and claim denials to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.
- Performing reviews and ensuring the collections are not going down.
- Identifying claims without payment and initiate actions to post the payment by getting the EOBs.
- Implementing, maintaining and reporting on programs initiated by the practice.
- Developing and maintaining a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
- Handles and responds to questions from the practice on billing.
