Shift         9:30 am - 6:30 pm(day shift)

Working days  6       Roaster off (Any day in a week will be off)

Salary Offered     22,000 to 25.0 K(monthly)

The candidate will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling the financial products on the active leads.

Job Description

• Up-selling and cross-sellingother financial products such as credit cards/home loans/personal loans
• Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Cross-selling.
• Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Push for achieving sales to the incoming calls.
• Decent typing speed to update the CRM.
