Exp: 2 - 5 Years
Job description :
Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
Identifying customer needs
Taking customer calls and solving queries
Experience in international call center background preferably who has handled US customers
Good command over language and who would be able to understand the US accent
This would be covering US timing. Which means work hours would be 7pm to 4 am IST
Job specifications.
Call timings: 8:30 am to 5 pm ET (US business hours) (7 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Applications & tools to be used : Microsoft CRM, Call centre application, VPN and Softphone (ShortTel)
