Key Requirement for the Position
Graduate preferably with 3 5 yrs. experience handling voice sales interactions.
Competency Requirements:
Ability to articulate the value proposition of product/service offerings
Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions
Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
