*1. Architecture/System Design - (Designed some applications on public cloud essentially, cost analysis, choosing right db, choosing right cloud service etc)

*2. AWS/GCP/Azure handson- (Knows in and out of VPC, ECS, Kubernetes service etc )

*3. No SQL DB - (Developed/Designed db around any No SQL db.)

*4. Terraform/Ansible/Packer/Chef/CloudFormation - (Should have atleast 1 IAC)

*5. CI-CD - (Designed/developed CI-CD)

*6. Streaming Services(Kafka, SQS, SNS, MQ series) - (Exp around streaming service)

*7. Rest/MicroService - (Be able to design/develop a microservice)

*8. Docker/Kubernetes

JD:

You will have 10+ Yrs experience in architecting modern applications with an understanding of agile/scrum, CI/CD, Configuration Management, Infrastructure Automation. In addition, you will have the following technical skills:

• Hands on architecting, designing or developing applications on AWS (certification is a plus)
• Hands on experience with microservices, serverless, API first, event driven and 12 factor app architectures
• Exposure to Compute, Storage, Database, Event and Messaging services native to cloud platforms
• Deep working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux)
• Hands on experience with (more the better)
• Containers, orchestration and Infrastructure as Code - Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Formation, Terraform
• Event driven/messaging systems - Kafka, RabbitMQ
• API and API based integration - Apigee, MuleSoft
• Service Mesh - AWS App Mesh, Istio, Linkerd
• Databases - MongoDB, DynamoDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Redis
• Developer tools IDEs, Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Boards
• CI/CD Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI, Bamboo, Azure DevOps
• Configuration Management - Chef, Puppet, Ansible, PowerShell DSC
• Observability tools - New Relic, Data Dog, AppDynamics, AWS Cloud watch, AWS Cloud trail
• Test automation tools - JMeter, Selenium, AWS distributed load testing, protractor, Cypress
• Experience with COTS packages - ecommerce platforms, CRM, ERP, Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence
• Write and maintain world-class documentation and materials for customer and Rackspace internal audiences.
