Talent Acquisition Role for NON-IT Functions
Understanding the Manpower requirement from various departments
Single point of contact for Corporate Functions
Joining Formalities from Junior Level to Senior Level Management
Coordinating with HR Consultants for requirements
Coordinating with vertical heads
Doing head hunting and getting the relevant candidates by posting ads on Employee Referral
Screening and shortlisting the resumes
Coordinating with candidates & technical panel for scheduling the interviews
Taking interviews, arranging their technical interviews
Discussing the offer (In terms of commitment & pay package)
Preparing offer letter & appointment letter
Organizing walk-ins and schedule interviews on large scale, all over India
Preparing Recruitment Reports
Employee engagement activities
Detail Analysis of Attrition Report
Handling any grievances arising from employee and taking timely action for solving the issue
Exit interviews

MBA HR with 3 to 8yrs of experience of FMCG /Manufacturing/Food /Retail industry
