Job Description

Title: Associate, Issuer Relations, Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Team: The Issuer Relations team is responsible for managing Sustainalytics communications with the corporate community. The team is located within the Corporate Experience Department and has relationships with all other firm departments. We are a growing team and looking for team members motivated to learn about ESG and help grow our relationships with companies that we assess.
Responsibilities:

• Help maintain a client relations database to manage corporate contacts and communications
• Work with web-based portal developers to resolve user errors associated with Sustainalytics portal for corporates
• Resolve corporate queries in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Customer support experience preferred
• Experience with CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
• Ability to work with colleagues located in different office locations and across different time zones
• Strong analytical skills and a creative, problem-solving attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Alignment with Sustainalytics
