Job Description
:
- Manage the company's online presence in order to engage with prospects and existing customers.
- Effective and Efficient management of Team Members in terms of Digital Marketing Manager, Target Orientation, enhance Productivity and Performance, Motivation, Monitoring and Review, Team Development, Training.
- Effective programs to compensate, train, appraise the team.
- Source and test new user acquisition channels/partners, and optimization opportunities to make the campaigns more effective.
- Manage the social media team for optimizing Social Media properties and keep them up-to-date with relevant and engaging content.
- Launch and optimization of paid campaigns on various social media platforms (FB, Instagram, Linkedin, etc)
- Overseeing accounts related to Search platforms as well as inspecting Budgets.
- Providing necessary reports and monitoring KPIs.
- Co-ordinate with Creative and Design team for smooth operation of marketing department.
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve our user acquisition process and methodology.
- Strive for analytical excellence maximizing return and increasing efficiency.
- Support revenue enhancement by using innovative digital technologies & Analytic Tools.
- Leverage the Social Media opportunity in order to engage with customers, distribution partners, and employees.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience.
Expertise in All aspects of Digital Marketing (SMM, SEM, SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Content, etc.)
At least 1 years of experience in team management.
SKILL SET :
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in key e-commerce companies and have prior e-commerce exposure
- 3+ years hands-on experience in scaling digital marketing teams, across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM,PPC,SMM, Content etc.,)
- Experienced is coordinating with Design and creative department for marketing operations.
- Proven record of building and scaling profitable marketing teams.
- Experience in analysing data across multiple platforms and providing insights for improving scale/efficiency.

- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.

- Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.

- Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier A institutions.
