Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Candidate must be proficient in Permanent Placement Process through consultative client engagement to meet/exceed client hiring objectives.
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through data mining, various job portals and networking websites.
Candidate will be required to work on different types of IT/ Non-IT/ Clerical and other full time/perm requirements.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and permanent placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with client managers to discuss requirement, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Desired Skills
Candidate must have successful history of filling permanent placement /FTE's for direct clients/ Implementation partners.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Candidate must have clear understanding of US Geography, Benefits, Compensation, US Visa and tax terms.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Must have minimum 1 YRSof experience in Full Time/Perm Placements with US direct clients/ Implementation partners.
