Our Finance team plays an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Manager-Statutory Audit to join our Finance team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accounting & preparation of Financial Statements as per previous Indian GAAP and new Ind AS/IFRS
- Ensuring RBI Compliances & submission of quarterly/half yearly/annual returns on a periodic basis
- Ensuring monthly MIS closure & reporting both under previous Indian GAAP and new Ind AS/IFRS
- Responsible for monthly trial balance scrutiny & preparation of schedules
- Coordination/liaison with Statutory Auditor for quarterly audit & yearly audit
- Ensuring internal control over Financial reporting(ICFR) compliance
- Ensure timely preparation of management packs/ reports as per Ind AS
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Accounts/Audit from Big 4 CA firms servicing Banks/NBFCs
- Well versed with RBI guidelines specially on NPA provisions/Income recognition/Classification
- Fair Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS in terms of Gaap differences compared to previous Indian GAAP
- Working knowledge of SAP system & MS Office(excel)
