Job Description
SYKES HIRING PROGRAMME MANAGER | PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
- The candidate should have 10+ years of experience which includes a minimum of 2+ years of the contact center with 4 years or more of six sigma exposure.
- Should have excellent communication skills, thought process the person should be multi-tasker, should be able to handle complex issues.
- The job location would be Chennai for the role.
- The resource should be a certified six sigma belt holder, should have been part of business excellence, process excellence, process improvement.
- Should have preferably 4-5 years of experience as a black belt in management.
- The applicant should have demonstrated the use of Lean Sigma, Six Sigma, project management tools & methodologies experience.
- The incumbent would be responsible for Lean/Six Sigma projects that eliminate re-work, provide cost-saving, increase revenue with better client & customer satisfaction.
- Should be able to identify issues & plugin opportunities wherever using Six Sigma, Lean & DMAICS framework.
- Should be able to continuously work on process improvement control all work performed within project framework of DMAICS.
- The applicant should have excellent analytical & technical skills(MS Project, Word & Excel).
- The compensation would be upto 15 LPA as CTC depending on experience and last drawn.
