- Communicate plans to the business to provide insight and recommendation as a subject matter expert and informed advisor to the business.
- Be the brand advocate, ensuring the service brand is consistently marketed across all channels and all channels are optimally used to promote brands.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, working in conjunction with other marketing teams, to increase brand awareness and differentiation
- Provide data-driven insights on how to optimise campaign activity
- Manage social media channels
- Work with an agency to oversee production of a rich and varied collection of content and manage a content calendar that features the right mix of discipline content, evergreen content, and hero content.
- Understand the service touch points and ensure highest levels of service delivery, and recommend service improvements
- Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organisation
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- A passion for using customer insights to develop campaigns that engage customers and meet business targets
- Strong organisational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce Cloud for developing lead generation strategies and driving email campaigns
- Experience in demand generation ROI and revenue targets including demonstrated proficiency with demand generation, including but not limited to webinars, email, web, account-based, content, and digital marketing.
- Awareness of key market-influencing topics across India, and an appetite to stay abreast of country specific themes and trends.
- Understanding of social media in relation to target audiences.
- Very outcomes focused, ideally with experience in both B2B and B2C services marketing.
