Job Description

We are hiring on urgent basis for following

Technical Project Manager - 1

Experience - 6+ years

CTC- Upto 14 LPA

**BFSI DOMAIN ONLY

Responsibilities:-

1. Understand requirements from domestic and international clients, actively participate in client requirement discussion and able to manage the team for implementing code changes.
2. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken forms).
3. Payment domain knowledge is an added advantage.
4. Develop and execute activities related to end to end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
5. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
6. Create and publish regular dashboards with key project metrics to the senior management.
7. Track and monitor all open items / observations for the IT team.
8. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in a timely manner.
9. Maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures and ensure standardization of best practices across the projects being handled.
10. Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.
11. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
12. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile methodologies and best practices.
13. Expert level skills in Java/J2EE programming, Spring Boot, advanced frameworks and database.
