Job Description
:-*Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment
*Activation of agents
*Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements
*Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure
*Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
*Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.
*Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organization
*Performance screening of all agents allotted and taking appropriate action as may be required from time to time
*Minimum expected qualification Graduation or Inter (12th pass)
*Preferred - minimum 1+years, sales experience, Freshers can Also Apply!!!
This is in regards to opening for Agency Channel with ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Limited for agency channel for below mentioned location:
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
2. Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc.).
3. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
4. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
5. Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum graduate.
1 year experience with sales or insurance sales experience, Freshers can also Apply!!
Should be based out in above location.
Comfortable to work in target and sales based profile.
