Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to FXIP Compliance Management in all the Regions and to provide audit, detection, and financial oversight across FXIP global organization, in relation to controls and compliance requirements as per company policies and local regulatory laws and regulations.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) on new FXIP account applications
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the banking sector) OR Post Graduate freshers (M. Com , MA Eco , MBAs etc).
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
- Do root cause analysis for various exceptions & assist to resolve and fix the causes for exceptions.
- Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with peers as well as counterparts in Compliance and the business.
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to interpret
and apply them to actual situations. - Exp - 1-4 years (Excellent in communication skills both verbal and written)
