Job Description

Draft publications that explain the company s products to its customers and internal audience and allows full use of its functionality.
Ensure that documentation meets industry standards of quality, usability and format using writing expertise and product knowledge.
Assume full responsibility for all official documents of product applications and create and maintain the applications documentation and/or training framework, as well as the content of its publications.
Continuously gain knowledge of products new functionality via attendance at Design Review, Focus Team, Opportunity Team, and Scrum meetings as well as reading design documents, interviewing SMEs and using the product itself. Use this knowledge to independently create new version documents.
Estimate time and effort required for documentation tasks and contribute to documentation plans.
Conduct peer-review on documentation for other members of the Technical Publications team.
The work will require a clear understanding of the iterative nature of the documentation life-cycle. Will require initiative as a leading contributor individually and as a cohesive team member, providing assistance, direction, and mentoring to others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Bachelors or master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering in Computer Science, or IT, or an M.A. in English with a very good understanding of technology
