Job Description

Urgent requirement of Constructions Managers / Engineers (Post Immigration) for Canada

Job description

Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings and budget.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
