Job Description

2.1.6 Shutdown preparation planning Engineer (Proficient in Primavera - Mechanical / Instrument)
1. Contractor's deployed engineer must have relevant experience in Primavera for SD planning.
2. Catch plan preparation as and when needed
3. Job monitoring and informing the planner for updation in system
4. Helping in Look ahead plan publish
5. Adhering to the plan provided and to do job safely as per RIL safety standards.
6. Contractor to arrange engineers with statutory RIL standard PPE, IFR suit, Accommodation & Transportation.
2.1.7 Contractor to do replacement similar experienced within 3 days where Engineer is absent continuously for 3 days
without intimation of EIC.
2.1.8 Contractor to ensure that there will be no monetary implications on absenteeism and replacement of Engineers.
2.1.9 Work Schedule
Engineer will be required to work in line with RIL schedule and work as per instructions of EIC. They are authorized
only to execute the job and required permits shall be accepted and surrendered by RIL engineer only.
Interview and validation of engineer shall be conducted by owner.
2.1.10 Engineers will be subjected to technical interview before being put into actual working and based on judgement,
they will be selected for working.
2.1.11 All the engineers shall have basic knowledge of standard maintenance practices. During execution of actual work
at site, they must follow standard work practice and shall fill up check sheet as directed wherever required.
2.1.12 Engineers are required to work under guidance and supervision of RIL engineers. Based on performance /
completion of allocated job discontinue/ addition the manpower as per EIC instruction, EIC will give intimation one
months in advance to vendor for discontinue of engineer from the job.
