Manage Junior Designers
BASIC FUNCTION:
The post holder shall be responsible for all complete design support and create product lay outs which addresses the functional, aesthetic and financial requirements of the Customer using Computer Aided Design. He shall work with the sales and project teams closely with the use of updated technology.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design of specific products and design office layouts as per specific order. Perform design analysis. Designs and drawings as per HM standards. Once drawings are finalized, prepared bill of quantity and strategize product solutions to meet tenders specifications. Coordinate with factories and 3 rd party suppliers to specify non-standard products to customers specification for pricing. Ensure tender / quotations completed and submitted on time. Support Bid & Design Manager & sales team on liaison with remote markets. Prepare data qualification for order entry. Understand the project requirements/ expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the bid & design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.
REQUIREMENTS: KEY SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Good database of all Architects, Clients, Vendors, PMC. Maintain all documentation as per HM standards Good knowledge of all versions of Auto-cad & rendering. Any Graduate/Post Graduate with fluency in English & local language with around 2-5 yrs. of experience in furniture industry preferably. Experience in the office furniture industry of around 2-5 yrs. Excellent communication, presentations and administrative skills Professional, friendly, confident, integrity and maturity are some of the important skills being looked up.
