Job Description

Experience:  
  • upto 2 years of experience in Sales process in organisations of repute in Software services /IT Sales/Enterprise Solutions/E-Commerce.
  • Freshers are also eligible
Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: Day Shift (General Shift)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Software portfolio selling, IT software services selling.
  • Selling software platforms and software services, responsible for the growth and success of software services function.
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently.
  • Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Proven success in identifying qualified opportunities as well as shepherding and closing new business opportunities.
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.

Required Candidate profile

Personal Attribute and Characteristics
  • Excellent selling skills coupled with very good technical knowledge, proven track record of meeting/exceeding account development quotas.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with executive-and-manager-level client roles, proven ability to network and navigate through complex organisations.
  • A keen interest in Information Technology Domain, Initiative and Presentation skills, and the ability to write reports and proposals.
  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to client.
  • Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research.
  • Self-motivated, high energy with appetite for growth, skilled in building trust-based relationships, excellent written and verbal skills, fast-learner with strong interpersonal skills.
Language:
  • Strong Reading, Writing, Understanding & Spoken skills in English.
  • Strong Understanding & Spoken skills in Hindi & Telugu.
