Designation: Deputy Territory Manager/Territory Manager/Senior Territory Manager

Location: Hyderabad,Vijayawada,Vishakapatnam,Bangalore,Mysore,Mangalore,Udipi,Begaum and Simoga

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 2-8yrs

JD:

Must have Direct Sales experience

Ensure Retail Partners are recruited as per the budget
Ensure team members achieve their goal sheet and support them for career development.
Responsible to drive business through Retail Partner/Insurance consultants/PosP and to ensure location meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets.
Training & Development of Retail Partners, Insurance Consultant & PosPs to ensure sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.
Daily call monitoring of Retail Partners and doing joint calls for smooth execution of business.
