We are looking for candidates for a Reputed and Branded South Asia's largest home interiors and renovation company.

Position: Territory Assistant Manager - Design

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate/PG with 3+ years of work-experience as Designer/Senior Designer
Strong Interior Designing/Architecture background is a must
Excellent Knowledge in 2D and 3D softwares in the interior industry (Auto CAD,
Sketch Up, etc)
Prior team management experience would be an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory
Must have done 10-15 Design Project from Design and Build side
Strong leadership and people skills
Extremely high level of ownership around Targets 

Roles and Responsibilities:

you will manage a team of 10-12 Designers & technical team
You will be responsible to predict and track the number of projects which are pushed
from Designing into production (Your monthly revenue target)
You will mentor reportees & their respective team for design (technical and aesthetic)
skills
You will be responsible to maintain good customer experience throughout the designing
process
You will be responsible to make every team member successful
Design NPS - You will be responsible to ensure high NPS (ideally 9/10) constantly
You will work with the core team to constantly provide insights to improve processes and
products
