Job Description

The Senior Recruitment consultant is an individual contributor role and a work from home opportunity. The role shall be responsible in understanding the client requirements and ensuring fast closures.

KRA's

1. Source and screen based on job description

2. Assess and provide a detailed report why the candidate is being recommended for the role

3. Develop competency and talent pool maps

4. Create strong network and pipeline of candidates and keep the information refreshed

5. Work closely with the client stakeholders to develop the skill matrix for the role

Candidate profile

1. Graduate with minimum of 3 years of core recruiting experience

2. Must have very good communication skills

3. Well versed with sourcing techniques, including leveraging job boards and social media

4. Should be technology savvy and decent computer skills

5. Must be willing to work with aggressive targets
