Experience Level : 3 to 5 years
Requirements :
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in software quality assurance.
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in salesforce testing
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and process
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SOQL
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools will be an advantage
Salesforce administration, salesforce testing knowledge is mandatory
Salesforce Certifications and JIRA knowledge will be an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reviewing requirement documents, specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform different levels of testing such as regression testing, sanity testing, smoke testing etc
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to identify system requirements, debug results
Track quality assurance metrics
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Managing and supporting the QA team
Responsible for the deliverables of QA team
Reviewing test scenarios, test cases from QA team
Minimum Education Requirements: BE, BTech, MCA
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of the position are typical of those found in a traditional office environment. Employee will not need to walk significant distances nor lift substantial weight. Employee will need to be able to remain seated at a desk for 8-9 hours in a typical workday.
