 Facility & Administration Executive

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, gardening and so on

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security etc..

Ensuring that basic facilities are available all the time

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

Allocating and managing space between buildings

Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments

Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing

Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Ensure 100% uptime for all critical equipment's round the clock

Partnering with HR for organizational level events (Event Management)

Complete procurement and payment process ownership (SAP/any equal)

Managing Complete MIS of F&A

Regular team governance and update to HOD

Utmost priority to safety related activities

Regular feedback and corrective action against feedback (Internal & External Customers)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

Any graduation or equivalent

At least 2 - 5 years of experience in the field

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Decision-making

The ability to lead and manage teams and projects

Team work (Team player)

Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture

Commercial awareness

Customer service

Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload

A good knowledge of Ms Office
