JOB DESCRIPTION (Regional Sales Manager) 
  • Market Development:
  • Focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth both vertically and individually.
  • Identifying suitable markets for the product.
  • Formulate Market strategy for various states with the help of Sales Managers, Executive and track performance.
  • Expertise into channel sales and development of new channel partners across region.
  • Oversee the sales promotion activities of various areas.
  • Market intelligence gathering & competitor benchmarking of best practices.
  • Designing channel development strategies.
  • Keep a track of the competitor strategy and make changes accordingly if required.
  • Sales:
  • Formulating Sales budget for the State basis discussion with the Zonal/National Head.
  • Cascading the sales budget for various territories with the respective Sales Managers.
  • Review & monitor performance of the defined areas.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the team of Sales Managers, Territory Execs across the zone.
  • Train & develop team members for future growth.
  • Build & retain strong team.
  • Lead the team to RISE.
