Job Description

It is a L2 grade profile in which Regional Manager has to handle team of Area Managers (Equivalent to Senior Branch Managers) and 75 to 80 Front Line Sales Executives.
To Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and products ranges.
To be equipped with insurance and Bank Products knowledge.
To manage the relationship at all the levels to have the desire out-puts.
Continuous interaction with the channel partners/Area Managers of the Zone.
Mapping all the key decision makers & build review mechanism per mapping basis decided Intervals.
Supporting in the actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling.
Identify training needs for the in-house and channel partner team.
Regular MIS flow and Communication with Channel Partners.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidate must have current sales experience into Life Insurance and particularly into Bancassurance Vertical.
Candidates working on Manager's Manager grade or L2 grade can apply for this position.
