We have an immediate openings for the candidates in our US IT Staffing department.
Position: Senior US IT Recruiter (2 - 10 years)
Work Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
[ Shortlisted candidates will work in remote locations initially, POST COVID they need to relocate to our Bengaluru Office ]
Working Hours: EAST time zone (EST)
Minimum requirement and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 - 10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Must be familiar with US IT Job portals
- Should possess good communication skills
- Strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing, screening skills.
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
- Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT role.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Strong understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, LinkedIn, Blogging, social media recruiting.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
