Job Description Position: Senior Manager Accounts

• Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant or ICWA
• Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
• Salary: Best in the Industry
• Location: Jamshedpur, Jajpur, Kolkata, Joda, Noamundi, Jharia, Kharagpur, Khopoli, Angul

Key Responsibilities:

• ABP/LTP - Facilitate Operational & Cost Planning/Target setting. Coordinate with operating departments. Prepare management reports for review.
• Planning and monitoring of Capital Expenditure - Formulation of CEP, Preparation of approval papers. Tracking of CAPEX of approved projects.
• Cost & Operational Performance Analysis - Variance Analysis, Cost Trend & Elemental Analysis, Product Cost & Margin Analysis. Preparation for cost meeting, business plan meeting & production meeting.
• Conducting business analysis of new proposals, options , management sanction requests - Make or Buy Desicions, Alternative Evaluation, SR Analysis, Contract Analysis.
• Working Capital analysis - Inventory Tracking Analysis.
• Others - Desicion support to Sr. Management team. Preparation of various MIS as per need.

Relevant Experience:

• Relevant experience in knowledge of Company accounting and other legal requirements pertaining to finance function.
• Knowledge on Steel Making Process and Costing principles and good grasp on SAP CO module.
• Working knowledge of statutory requirements related to the function
• Experience in statutory and audit compliances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a good team player.
