In this role, you will:

• Develop Agile and Scrum prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
• Use data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity
• Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
• Oversee teams to deliver capabilities using Agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
• Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
• Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of product and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master credential required SAFe and additional Agile or Project Management certifications preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in software and/or product development and/or project management is required.
• Two (2) years of proven experience as a Scrum Master with Agile processes and tools required experience Jira, and Confluence preferred.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches is a plus: XP, Kanban, FDD, etc.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Applicable knowledge of Jira and JSQL for reporting building.
• Experienced in applying a wide variety of well-documented Agile patterns and techniques (example: various burn down charts, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Understanding of how to effectively partner/ collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery.
• Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
• Proven servant leadership in Agile, Devops and Cloud based programs.

Job Expectations:

• Scrum Master is responsible to provide Scrum guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and methodology.
• Candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our existing Agile SDLC and responsible for directing the team towards the Enterprise level objectives on the Agile Transformation.
