• Responsible to handle and deliver training in his respective technologies.
• Responsible to handle client expectation setting/evaluation Calls.
• Responsible to create/curate the contents/material required for his respective training.
• Sound knowledge and ability to handle training on Java Full Stack Developer Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web services, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Angular, React, Node JS, Microservices && Devops
• Responsible to upgrade his skills on the provided learning path and get the
• certifications.
• Responsible to execute the training successfully with the feedback of 4.8 out of 5.

  Functional/Technical skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience.

• Ability to handle the New Hire Training and Lateral training too.

• Some exposure of Development field

• Comfortable to handle client expectation setting/evaluation calls.

• Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques

• Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms.

Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a Team.
