Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION -
- Responsibility for smooth execution of day to day recruitment related activities to ensure adherence and delivery against all Recruitment SLAs especially Cost and Hiring TAT.
- Drive adherence to all process Compliance and regulatory requirements as per Workday, SOP, Policies and guidelines to develop and maintain strong and effective recruitment machinery.
- Work closely with Delivery Leader, Sourcing vendors.
- Manage Hiring delivery for the concerned LOB across sites and Bands within agreed SLA, cost & ensure on time communication/update to LOB to resolve Hiring related queries and update information.
- Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate substantive data with the Delivery leader.
- Invest in people to deliver strong succession plans and build career path for all team members to progressively develop them for enhanced roles and responsibilities and satisfy their learning needs.
- Ensure zero extension on Hiring TAT on any grounds other than those approved by HR Leader.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on specific briefs given.
- Should have good contact with multiple placement agencies for closure of ops positions within defined time frames.
- Give presentations/ Coaching to Placement Agencies to source candidates.
- Present cost effective recruitment strategies to the Management.
- screen CVs and conduct the HR levels of interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Data mining through job portals & other direct sources.
- Generating daily reports and providing management updates
Skills required :
- 5- 8 years of rich experience in handling entry level to senior level recruitment within the organization.
- Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Should have good command on MS Office Suite.
- Should be able to prepare daily reports and dashboards.
- Should have excellent knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, monster, Indeed.
- Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent.
- Experience of hiring for niche technology domains.
