Job Description
Currently we are hiring Business Analyst for new venture in B2B E-commerce business and for more than 25 years old trusted brand.
The job profile is mentioned below:
Position: Business Analyst
Required:
Experience & Qualification: 3+ years (MBA- Finance)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: CEO-Ecom
CTC Range: 6-8 lakhs
Additional Perks: ESOPs
Your Responsibilities:
Program Manage the project end-to-end
Development and maintenance of various financial and operational reports/tools, distributed for the planning and analyzing process, ensuring quality, accuracy focused analytic review.
Provide timely, relevant accurate analysis of the results to the relevant stakeholders on them performance against budget their budgets/targets to facilitate decision making towards achievement of the business plan.
Supporting and working closely with all core and support functions of the business i.e., Operations, Finance, HR as well as the General Management of the organization
Carry out full Budgeting process
Be the conduit between all departments and management
Help with logistics and other 3rd party integrations.
Manage 3rd party relations / contracts etc.
Ideal Candidate:
Sound understanding of financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Ratios etc.)
Excellent MS-Excel Skills (Data, Lookup, Formulas, Pivot tables, etc.)& PPT Skills.
Result- oriented, ambitious professional who can beat all odds to solve problems and make things work, to manage one of the programs at Great Learning
Exceptional, written, verbal, structured communication can influence people to get work done.
Build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders to understand priorities, define the roadmap, and analyze and action out solutions to improve our customers' experience
Support hiring and on-boarding of new team members and contribute to our high- performing culture
Self- starter, can work independently in a fast-paced environment to continuously improve processes and deliver delightful learning experience
Understand complex business problems across the business to create hypotheses and translate this into analysis requirements and identify meaningful insights that help us improve overall experience
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with high growth and developing clarity from ambiguity.
