Designation: Project Delivery Manager
Location: Ranchi
Vision of Role:

This is an entry-level management position, responsible for success of on-site ground support as well as being the first level touch point for the Customer (Account) at an ownership level of the operation support but, also from a value proposition standpoint.

This role works closely with senior stakeholders to identify and execute the customer specific strategy. Project & Operations Excellence:
- Combines a deep cross-functional business understanding and a long-term industry wide strategic context while decision making.
- Implements change or develops new processes, continually measures and evaluates all work processes using Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, and other improvement methods to be able to better service multiple work types.
- Influence operations by driving initiatives to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management:
- Will be the first-level touch point for any challenges faced by the Customer with an aim towards ensuring resolution, conducting an RCA with other members of the team and identifying a way-forward
- Coordinate with the Solutioning Team for customization and new requirement management
- Role involves extensive travelling for interaction with Customers and key stakeholders
- Partner with support functions such as Engineering/ Ops Analytics /SW team to drive operational excellence and process improvement across functions

Team Management:
- Develops and achieves performance goals and objectives in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Management, and Engagement Hiring, Mentoring, Managing and Retaining

Value Proposition:
- Take ownership towards enhancing Customer experience, and satisfaction as well as identifying possible opportunities that can help build the former as well as possible monetization opportunities
- Works with the Internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer-centric strategy and own the tactical steps towards achievement of the end-result
- Participates and in some cases, will drive the strategic planning exercise such as Value additions, with an aim towards increasing MOPAR and improving customer experience metrics
