CAPM or PMP or Scrum Master Certification is a plus

Job Description:
3 Years + Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
3 years + Strong working experience in project management, from initiation to closure and delivery with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies.
A working knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology.
Excellent communication skills both within an organization and with customers.
Strong documentation and Presentation skills to document minutes, task follow-ups, action items, status reports.
Familiarity with Program risk management.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
Ability to break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g Jira, MS Projects, Smartsheets, Asana, etc)
An ability to prepare and interpret data, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and doing analysis, reporting, and ability to present data in a concise manner.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, and proactive skills
Strong teamwork skills and collaboration skills; an ability to offer suggestions and persuade on improvements to processes
Functional Competencies:
Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to help plan and execute product plans and presentations.
Deliver on a variety of end-to-end projects that are medium to high complexity, including plan, design, create, and communication.
Create clear and concise communication, primarily PowerPoint decks, for leadership on Projects and programs running in the region.
Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
Assist with gathering, analysing, and reporting project data from the region.
Follow up with team members on action items and deliverables.
Report on and escalate schedule conflicts, technical dependencies, and other types of program risks if required.
Analyse project/program data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the management of financials, timelines, resources, and overall quality.
Participate in the continuous improvement of methodologies and practices leveraged by Delivery Teams.
