Job Profile

1. Efficiently manage the Recruitment/Operation team
2. Overall management of all generalist role-complete employee lifecycle from Recruitment to Revenue Generation .
3. Client relationship management, Team management, Delivery management, requirements generation & execution, client coordination, Invoice generation and follow up till payment received.
4. Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed
5. Client Delivery: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned.

Candidate Profile

1. Graduates / Post-Graduates with 5 - 8 years experience in Recruitment Firms managing End to End Recruitment Process.
2. Must have done Team Management, Client relationship management, Escalation Management ,requirements generation & execution, client coordination .
3. Must have leading Experience 4+years
4. Must have personally executed senior search mandates
5. Must have had excellent experience working on Job portals/Social media/LinkedIn
6. Must be based in Bangalore (WFO)
7. Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.
8. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis
9. Candidates from Non IT Staffing Consulting domain will be preferred.
10. Immediate joining Required
