Job Role
We are looking for an Experienced SaaS Technical Lead who will be joining to manage and grow our product engineering functions. This position provides hands-on technical, architecture, and management functions to our product development team and reporting to Head of Engineering. The person will need to closely work with the product management, business operations and customer delivery teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define architectural design for the product engineering teams as per product roadmap
Define and improve engineering practices geared for developing a cloud native software platform.
Communication of goals, objectives, performance and, as necessary, improvement plans.
Should review, approve and ensure the implementation of new or revised development frameworks.
Responsible for product quality deliverable on time, effective, efficient, secure and predictable releases.
Respond to operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
Responsible for hiring top talent, retention, team development and ensuring timely, high-quality release.
Responsible for product design (30%), coding (30%), management (20%) and customer success (20%)
Inspire and build a top-notch cloud services team; and promote a strong, efficiency and quality-focused product architectures.
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership and development manager capacity and experience across a variety of SaaS technology stacks and cloud platform services.
Stronghold on latest technologies, SaaS architecture, design pattern to lead long term scalable, stable and flexible cloud solutions with security, OWASP and SOC2 compliance.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, SaaS multi-tenant architecture and cloud platform services
Ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
SaaS Architect, SaaS Product Development, CI/CD, CloudOps Automation and Salesforce (optional)
Education and Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer science/Information Systems/Business.
Professional certifications in Software development and/or Project Management.
Eligibility: B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech, MCA, MS/M.Sc.(Computer Science)
