Business Function: Technical Support ( US Voice Tech Support)
Job Location: Gurugram
Desired Candidate Profile: International BPO Experience (Voice Process)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Good Troubleshooting experience Network Troubleshooting
- Windows OS / Software Installation
- Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
Email configuration - Password reset
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have completed graduation
- Should have experience of International BPO
- Customer service approach
Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings/24*7 - Tech Support voice process.
- Excellent communication skills
