Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience as medical coder and In-depth knowledge of medical coding techniques and guidelines.
Proficient in assigning appropriate ICD 10, CPT and HCPCS codes.
Sound knowledge of medical terminology, E & M coding & Denial management
Must have sound knowledge in Pain management, Pediatric, OB/GYN, E/M IP and OP specialities.
Complete Certification of Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
Knowledge of revenue cycle management to handle the denials and should be flexible to handle the training for new hires.
Analytical skill on auditing the charts and provide feedback to team
Basic computer knowledge along with typing skill.
Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. -
Flexibility to accommodate overtime and work on weekends basis business requirement.
Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
