Job Description
- Counseling students and ensuring quality services
- Follow up effectively to generate walk ins from pre define leads and convert them to closures using ERP.
- Proactive to student queries
- Ensuring meeting the company expectations of closures.
- Excellent coordination skills with team members and departments
- Being authoritative and be well rounded.
- Should be able to give presentations in board room.
Requirement :
- Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities, degrees, Eligibility Tests, processes etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
5.Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal) . - Applicants with minimum 1 year of experience in the same industry are preferred.
- Experience from Customer service (Outbound process) /sales will be an added advantage
