Job Description

Skills Required-

Required Skills:

Experience of 3-8 years in Data Analytics and a mandatory 2-3 years in Retail / CPG Analytics, Understand Retail and CPG space, its challenges, and Data complexities.

Handled clients and independently and deliveries of projects in Retail and CPG.

Experience working in Python and various libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Ski-kit learn, etc. is mandatory.

Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques like Decision Trees, regression, correlation, etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, superior problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.

Ability to convert business problems into solutions for the product on an on-going basis.

Ability to communicate with the client on project plans, solutions and interacting with the client stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Experience in using version control systems like GIT.

Experience of working with excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint.

Basic knowledge of HTML, Azure is a plus.
