Job Location: Bhandup ( West )
Role
1.E.A to the Directors
2.Self Correspondence & Emails
3.Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and other written materials
4.Assist in creating documents and materials utilizing Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
5.Ensure all communication to both internal and external customers is conducted in a professional manner
6.Maintain complete and update files and records in accordance with standards.
7.Submit timely and accurate reports, meets deadlines, ensure follow through, appraise supervisor of status, provide viable and innovative solutions to the problems.
8.Attend meetings and training sessions.
9.Adhere to approved policy and procedure, represent the organization in a professional manner
10.Proactively and assertively address issues as they arise.
