Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Engineering of process plants for the desired functionality, hygiene and
safety.

experience in equipment installation and plant maintenance

Manage customer expectations by understanding needs, provide solutions
balancing value and cost.
Design preliminary engineering and detailed engineering.
Prepare layouts, technical description, value calculations, cost calculations
and quotations
Travel to our customers location to supervise on Processing installations to ensure high quality and assembly accuracy as well as deadline and budget compliance
Follow up on Food industry normativity, quality, security and ensure appropriate welding has been done.
Installation validation with customers and follow up
Constant follow up and decision making in regards to the installation process
Follow up with vendors and vendors management

Equipment inventory and material control
Collaborate with mechanical design, process, electrical and automation engineering staff to accuracy and safety installation.
Take prompt action to solve installation problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
Report all technical and quality issues .
Security monitoring and Health and Safety documentation onsite to ensure a secure work environment
Collecting all lessons-learned and documentation for future projects
Onsite supervision and coordination of assembly equipment's on shop

Qualifications:

B-Tech Mechanical

Exp : 3 to 5 years fromBeverages, Food, Dairy orpharmaceutical.

Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Ability to have technical discussions regarding Electrical and mechanical
installations
Knowledge of Food industry and security regulations

Salary : Negotiable
