Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on direct healthcare client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US Healthcare Staffing domain.
Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
About you:
At least 5+ years of experience in US calling through BPO, US staffing/recruitment.
The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation.
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
Should have hands-on experience in working with direct clients.
